This is a platform where all residence: no matter age, ethnicity or experience, can easily identify and share spaces in their community of Bedfordshire that promote kindness and community spirit.

We are committed to celebrating diversity, uplifting local voices, and highlighting places that welcome everyone. Every step we take is guided by kindness, honesty, and the belief that our communities are stronger when we look out for one another.

A local mental wellbeing service offering group education, peer support, and activity-based sessions to help people manage anxiety, loneliness, and other mental health challenges.
The Samaritans
A 24/7 free helpline offering non-judgemental emotional support to anyone in distress, accessible by phone (116 123) or email.
Food Banks Near You
Provides a minimum of 3 days' nutritionally balanced emergency food parcels through a voucher system, offering compassionate and practical support via local agencies.
MindOut
A confidential mental health service run by and for LGBTQ+ people, offering peer mentoring, befriending, and online chat support.
